Commissions Open!

I now accept commissions. (Surprise!) Below are the terms with pricing and examples.

The price range is roughly 5-60 USD and upwards, depending on how complicated and detailed the image is, how many elements there are, and whether it involves designing a character's appearance or outfit from scratch, without a ref sheet.

My comfort zone is fantasy settings: dragons, unicorns, humanoids, landscapes, etc. That doesn't mean that I won't accept other stuff, but that might impact the price.

Important: These are base prices that are valid for the depiction of one character. If you want X characters depicted, multiply the corresponding base price with X to figure out approximately how much it would cost. The exact price of an additional character would depend on how detailed you want them. Something minor like a parrot sitting on the shoulder or a small figure in the distance does not count as an additional character.

Exception: The "Digital painting with background" category. Since the background is included in the price, each additional character costs as much as a character with no background as above: 15-30 USD.

Also important:: Whenever it says that the price is for a picture with "little to no background", if you want it with an elaborate background, expect it to cost at least 50% more, give or take.


Payment plan: The general outline is this: You commission me, I do the art, I show you a small-res/watermarked version, you send the payment, I send you the full-res file. For the more time-consuming projects, I may ask for half upfront so I don't end up doing all the work for nothing if the client wusses out. (Happened before.)
