Treasures of Lethe - Part 1


Some of you may remember =MaddalinaMocanu's: Tears of Adonis features. Since Maddalinah272 is currently unable to continue posting her wonderful articles, I have started, with her permission, my own series of features, as a sort of spiritual successor.

Like its predecessor, Treasures of Lethe is there to bring some well-deserved spotlight onto deviants that are both brilliant and under-appreciated.

Why "Treasures of Lethe"? Because Lethe is the name of one of the five rivers of Hades and literally means "oblivion", "forgetfulness" or "concealment". I'm sure you can guess at the symbolism.

Oh and also I would like to point out that Tears of Adonis had this principle: An artist has to have less than 11 000 pageviews per year :P I saw ViaEstelar has been here for 2 years and has more than me, 39 000 + to be exact, and I've been here for twice her time :P I don't really know if that actually counts as "hidden" :iconteheplz:. But I am not the one to intrude. You do as you wish, just wanted to point out that some of these artists aren't all that unseen :P

WoW... I do not know these artists :P It's cool to have other people to watch :dalove:
It's really lovely you got to make an actual article, as my own :tighthug: Treasures of Lethe (Concealment) :icongreengrinplz: That sounds mysterious and.... I don't know.... for me it inspires the sense of sharpness, like thorns, maybe because of the way "lethe" sounds.

One advice I would have though, is that for the article to have a pleasing aspect, not so heavy on the eye, to make the deviations decrease in height as such: high (vertical + square deviations) >>>>>> low (horizontal) It gives the entire article a more refreshing look because now it looks heavily scattered xD
