Yep, that's the first word that comes to mind. I've been working on this thing on and off since June - mostly off, as in not touching the picture for weeks on end.
All in all, I can say it was quite fun... Although there are some obvious mistakes, such as the perspective and how both the background, foreground, and fore-foreground seem to be in focus. I'm no longer sure where the light source is, too...
As a BIG surprise, Garrett on the rooftops, suddenly realising he's in trouble and better clear out fast. Big surprise right? I mean, who'd expect me to draw Garrett, right?
The only thing I can say is 'enjoy' and 'whew, I finally finished this'. Cya.
THIS is an amazing pic and the lenght of time you put into it looks well worth it!
your attention to detail is ... PhwAr! (thats a really big compliment)
I can really see that you spent a lot of time on this picture. The amazing rooftops, the composition that really draws the eyes into the picture, the colours, the pose, the eyes... I really, really love the lightning in this, too. The warm lamplight against the cold light... You can really be proud of this one. Definitely a fav!
Dude, that's awesome! ^^ It has the atmosphere and everything! PURE AWESOMITY. THE LIGHTING. THE BACKGROUND. THE ROOFS. Skillfull work here, aye. It's just... so excellent
Silence the complaints... Its excellent! O.o
It reminds me of the old Witch of Whitby Tales by Robin Jarvis i used to read in school. I love the style of the little old town. In the moonlight,
