Full title: "NWN2+MotB female romances in a nutshell", but the character limit is evil... ~_~
Alternative title: "Three Bloody Words" XD

I know I'm a terrible comic artist, but this just had to come out. XD So yeah, nothing too original, fanartists poke fun at Obsidian's romances wherever you look. :D This was just a bit of random fun that went entirely too far... XD Actually inspired by the description of a comic I read by :iconinmemoryof0928: (whose comics are excellent, by the way! XD), who was complaining that the whole 'sword and heart' of Casavir's love declaration was entirely too vague. XD
I know Bishop technically isn't from Luskan, but it's the upbringing that counts. XD

And yeah, I'm aware Bishop seems to be immensely more popular than the other female romances, so I've already braced myself for a bit of bashing by furious Bishie fans. *coughLun-Seicough*

But seriously. Casavir? Aren't good people skills supposed to be part of the charisma package? O_o
Bishop? Getting tied down can be fun, as I'm sure you've just come to realise. *evil laugh* *ducks flying vegetables*
Gann? Have fun with the PC's new curse. ^^ XD

Painful but necessary punchline explanation: Yep, Daeghun's the one with the flower bouqet. XD And yeah, Neeshka's taking a sadistic pleasure in explaining just what that implies as well as freaking him out by hitting on him. 'Cause I'm random like that. XD

I could say a lot about Gann. He's blue, he's the only option the female players really have, and I am joyously glad I never play the main PC as a result. :P

I've seen how things shake out with Safiya is you're a man (my husband tried it once for kicks). Bland. Really bland. They did the last-minute-confession thing. Again. Then the last eighth of the game, she kept addressing his character as "my love" at every opportunity in her droning monotone. I could feel the passion, I tell you.

Obsidian stinks at romance plots. Not that the fans (myself included) are any better. /cough

Blue? Well, Valen's as pale as a corpse, AND he has horns and a tail. And Kaelyn is ALSO all pale and greyish and has wings, and look how heartily people request HER as a romance option. Ergo, freaky appearance is hardly a drawback when it comes to romance options, so if have a personal distaste for bluish skin tones, that's fine, but it's little more than that... XD And Gann being the only romance option is hardly his own fault, is it? XD

And yeah, the last-minute confession thing is lame. >_< With Gann you actually get a chance to weedle it out of him much earlier, provided you have enough influence, although I have yet to find out how much/whether that changes his dialogues for the rest of the game.

Hearty disagreement with the last point, though. There are some excellent romance plots made by the fan community, it's just a little matter of digging. And luckily, there are already romance mod lists for both games. But oh well.

Well, yeah. I kind of like my men to be human. :P Call me specist. But I know. My husband pined for Kaelyn.

I keep holding out for a "Bishop atones" mod. Sans roof scenes, please.
